In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By registering an account with jk988, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and remain continuously satisfied throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. jk988 enforces a strict minimum age policy; players under 21 are prohibited from registering or using any Services.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by jk988 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jk988 or any of its affiliated companies.

To access the Services, you must register a personal account with jk988. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jk988 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• Password requirements: Your password must be at least eight characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character.
• Notification of unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact jk988 support immediately via live chat or email.

jk988 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

jk988 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering and player-protection standards. The following conditions apply:

• KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point where cumulative deposits exceed certain internal thresholds.
• Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). Documents must be current and clearly legible.
• Proof of address may be required in the form of a bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Where a Player deposits via a bank account, jk988 may request confirmation that the registered bank account is held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts are not permitted.
• jk988 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. The Player will be notified by email of the outcome.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first request will result in account suspension and, where required, return of deposited funds to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonus funds used.

All deposits made to a jk988 account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The following conditions govern deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Supported channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet).
• Processing time: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited within two to five minutes. In rare cases of banking system delays, this may extend to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 60 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied.
• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set voluntarily by the Player via the Responsible Gaming tools in the account dashboard. These limits are applied immediately upon request and cannot be increased within a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Declined deposits: jk988 is not liable for deposits that are declined, reversed, or delayed by your bank or e-wallet provider. Contact your payment provider in the first instance for declined transaction enquiries.

Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to verified BCA and BRI accounts are typically completed within three minutes of approval. Other supported bank accounts and e-wallets are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. All processing is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This rule is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect Player funds.
• Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are only eligible for withdrawal after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. See Clause 7 for full bonus terms.
• Documentation for large withdrawals: Withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 100.000.000 in aggregate within a 30-day period may require additional supporting documentation before approval is granted.
• Withdrawal fees: jk988 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing requests and certain high-value transactions may be subject to a processing fee disclosed at the time of the request.

jk988 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending completion of a KYC review, or where a chargeback dispute is active on the account.

jk988 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Independence Day (17 August), and the BRI Liga 1 season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses carry a standard 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion page states otherwise. For example, a Bonus of Rp 200.000 requires total wagers of Rp 6.000.000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be wagered within 30 calendar days of the date of credit. Bonuses and any associated winnings remaining after the validity period expires will be removed from the account automatically.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets with odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. The full contribution schedule is available in the promotions section of the platform.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is Rp 100.000. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus balance is held may result in winnings from that bet being voided.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a violation of the single-account rule.
• Withdrawal of Real Money Funds: Real Money Funds are always used before Bonus Funds in any wager. A Player may withdraw their Real Money balance at any time; however, doing so before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the jk988 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the platform. Bets in a "pending" state due to a system error are not considered confirmed and may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum stake per bet is Rp 10.000. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, event, and market type and are displayed at the time of bet placement. jk988 reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual Players at its sole discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. jk988 does not guarantee any displayed odds remain available throughout the bet-placement process.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: event cancellation, abandonment before the minimum qualifying period, obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), or data-feed failure resulting in incorrect market settlement. Voided bets are returned as Real Money Funds to the Player's account at the original stake value.
• Mix parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. One void selection reduces the accumulator leg count but does not void the entire bet. jk988's published mix parlay rules govern all edge cases.
• Togel draws: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are drawn according to the published schedule for each pool. Results are final once officially declared. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the draw result being published on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jk988 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or maintaining more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Colluding with other Players in multi-player games, including sharing cards, hands, or positional information in live casino games.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, money laundering, or any proceeds of crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward jk988 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method intended to mask your true geographic location.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's systems. Any such discovery must be reported to support immediately; failure to do so and exploitation of the error will be treated as fraudulent conduct.

jk988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• The Player's own request to close their account or activate self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these terms, any Real Money Funds balance remaining after the deduction of any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and the value of any fraudulent wagers will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC review.

A Player who has voluntarily closed their account and wishes to reopen it must contact support. A mandatory seven-day cooling-off period applies before reactivation. Where the account was closed under a self-exclusion request, a 30-day minimum exclusion period applies and cannot be shortened under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk988 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemic-related disruptions.
• Inaccuracies in sports statistics, live score feeds, or market data provided by third-party data suppliers, where such inaccuracies do not result from jk988's own negligence.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform.

Nothing in this clause limits jk988's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In all other cases, jk988's aggregate liability to any single Player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the same 12-month period.

All content on the jk988 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, marketing materials, odds data, and written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of jk988 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational betting purposes. This licence does not permit the Player to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content without prior written consent from jk988.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the platform using automated tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any platform software.
• Create derivative works based on jk988 intellectual property.

jk988 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jk988.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

Key privacy commitments include: data is stored on SSL-secured servers; personal data is never sold to third-party marketing companies; data is shared with KYC verification partners only to the extent necessary for identity checks; and Players may request a copy of their personal data or deletion of their account data by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jk988 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved by the parties through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause affects the statutory consumer rights you may hold under the laws of Indonesia as your country of residence. Where Indonesian mandatory consumer protection law provides rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are preserved.

jk988 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, deposit/withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — jk988 will provide at least seven days' advance notice by email to the address registered on the Player's account and by a prominent notice on the platform's homepage.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clause renumbering, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term) may be made without advance notice and will be effective upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
